System looks sleek and plays great only issue was with the battery chassis its slightly loose causing battery disconnect when the back of the gba was set on a flat surface but that was fixable with some electrical tape. Overall love it!

The product is fantastic, great quality build and exactly as ordered! It arrived earlier than expected, even for an international delivery to the other side of the world.
Keep in mind, at least if you are ordering from Spain, that customs will make you pay the equivalent taxes, so that will add to the overall cost of the product, however if you are into retro handhelds and customizing, Jay is for sure one of the top modders out there!

Overall, a great machine.
The communication was excellent and Jay was very accommodating with my customization requests.
Most of the buttons have a solid feel, with only the A and B buttons feeling a little loose. However, it is very comparable to the original GBA.
This particular GBA had a RGB board installed and it is fantastic. The only downside is that one of the soldering points came loose (probably in transit) so the LEDs are stuck on full brightness. Jay has been very understanding and willing to fix any errors.
The packaging was definitely sturdy and it shipped in great condition, but it was just a GBA wrapped in bubble wrap. With that said, the presentation left a little to be desired. At this price point, it would be nice to see some packaging and presentation materials. Although the unit itself is great, part of the experience (for me) is unboxing and appreciating a well thought out and designed package.
Custom packaging could cost a little more, but it would definitely be an option I would pay for.

It was literally perfect. This is an anniversary gift for my fiancé so I spent a lot of time trying to make a perfect design for her and J delivered on absolutely every detail. I know it wasn't easy using a FunnyPlaying motherboard for this project because of all the microsoldering but he did an outstanding job putting everything together and I was so happy when i unboxed it. I'm sure my fiancé will love it even more than I do!

I love it. the only thing is that the power light is glitching. whenever i save my game the light flickers red even when fully charged. as well whenever i turn on the device after charging it or whenever the light is on red for about a minute

Screen and buttons are great. The shell does not seem to be flush, notably around the side bumpers. The battery compartment is crammed with the aftermarket internal drop-in battery pack and the cover cracked. A and B buttons are stamped way off center. Communication with the seller went well and he even changed my case color after ordering easily enough.

Got a couple game boy advanced for me and my brother so we could game it up like we did a million years ago. They are gorgeous and the expanded screen is awesome, only thing is the batteries are a little loose in the port and can get bounced out of alignment if you’re not careful. maybe solved by a different battery manufacturer, or obviously going with the chargeable option. All the same, these are awesome. This company is awesome. Will be back for more goodies for sure!

Ordered a custom gba all decked out with all the mods available and even added led lights. Took about 3 weeks for my order to come in and I'm super happy with it. IPS screen and usbc mods are game changers. Makes me excited to play all my old games. Battery life with the usb c mod is about anywhere from 5-7 hrs depending on brightness levels. Can't wait to play all my old games. Super awesome build!

Very happy that the device has arrived, but there is a small couple of things I noticed. The directional buttons feel really stiff and sometimes not responsive for a second, and the other small issue is that the battery pack feels a little loose to where is causes the led light to flicker to green and red. Those are just the small things I noticed either than that happy with my device.

its so incredible, being able to play all of my old gba games again. i still have my old gba sp from when i was a kid (mostly a display piece now), but having a new one with a rechargeable usb-c battery and also that i can stream to my tv is huge. love you big big, this makes my heart super happy.

This is the most personalized handheld I currently own and it's incredibly beautiful! I've never really written reviews for anything before but to anyone considering buying a modded game boy, gba, etc -- if you have the money and the interest you should absolutely go for it because there's nothing like having an extremely personal piece of hardware that really reflects you and is unique to you. The quality is beyond outstanding and I'm so happy I took a chance and ordered this.
